We work whatever bar situation you've got: a fully stocked banquet hall setup, a rented bar for a backyard wedding, or just a folding table and two coolers for a family cookout. Bring your own alcohol or serve alcohol provided by host — either way, our bartenders arrive knowing how to run a bar efficiently and keep it clean while they do it.
For headcount, a rough guide is one bartender per 60 to 75 guests for a standard open bar, and two once you add a signature-cocktail list, a champagne toast, or a crowd that all arrives at once. We'll factor in your bar setup and the run of the night and tell you what actually keeps the line short. Send your date, venue, and guest count through the quote form and we'll reply with a recommended staffing plan and a flat quote, usually within one business day.
