We staff everything from a ten-person birthday dinner to a two-hundred-guest hall reception, and we scale the crew — and, for larger events, a floor captain — to match. You tell us the headcount and the occasion; we tell you how many servers it actually takes to cover it well, not how many we can bill you for.
Most of our wait-staff work is in private homes, rented halls, and waterfront venues around Toms River, Brick, Point Pleasant, and all throughout NJ, so our servers are used to real-world event conditions: a home kitchen with one oven, a long carry from a tented setup, a venue with strict end times. Booking is simple — send the quote form with your date, guest count, and venue, and we'll come back with a recommended crew size and a flat quote, usually within one business day.
Every wait staff booking includes
- Passed and plated food service, course by course or butler-style
- Continuous buffet monitoring and replenishing so trays never run empty or sit picked-over
- Table bussing and clearing throughout the event, not just at the end
- Leftover consolidation and packaging so nothing gets wasted or forgotten
- Coffee and dessert setup and service
- Trash removal and a final walk of the space before we leave
- A floor captain on larger events to run timing and coordinate with your other vendors
